“The Registration and Citizenship Service of the London Borough of Bromley is responsible for all civil marriage and civil partnership ceremonies held in Bromley. For couples who wish to take advantage of the beautiful grounds at the Civic Centre for their special day the main ceremony room is an obvious choice. However, after thirteen years of good service the 'Rose Room' was sadly in need of a makeover and to move on from the very tired pink and blue with tassels theme!
